To make sure all Americans can get the medications they need to stay healthy and to prevent further medical problems.

Here is how are program works:
You contact us on the contact page with your contact information and we will contact you back and get the information from you that is needed to see if you qualify for the program. The information we need at first to see if you qualify is: If you have Insurance or not and what was your gross income on your most recent tax papers you filed. The free medication program does go by income but the income guidelines are set high we will include an example of income guidelines for one medication below. The low cost medication ($20 or $30 for a 3 month supply) does not go by income everyone is qualified for this program.

to finish the application process. If you do not live close to the office we will set up an appointment to do the application over the phone or on the internet which ever you prefer to do. After the application process is complete we will contact you back with the prescriptions that are covered under the program and how you wish to proceed.

If you decide that this program benefits you than you will pay a $10 or $20 fee for our time of filling out the necessary forms and for the postage and handling to send the forms and instructions to you. If you have 1 to 5 medications that are on the free medication program the fee will be $10. If you have 6 to 10 medications that are on the free medication program your fee will be $15. The fee for more than 10 medication on the free medication program is $20. If your medications qualify for the low cost ($20 or $30 for three month supply) then your fee will be $10.

After your fee is paid we will send you the paperwork with your information already filled out and then you take it to your doctor for his signature and a prescription for a 90 day supply with three refills. Then you attach a copy of your most recent federal tax papers (just the page with your income on it) and mail it in to the address I provide you and you will receive your 90 day supply of medication within 2 to 4 weeks. some medications will be shipped directly to your home and some will be shipped to your doctor's office. You can feel secure about the medication you will receive they are shipped directly from the pharmaceutical companies that makes them.

When you get down to your last 3 weeks of medication you contact us back and tell us you need a refill pay a $3 fee for our time and we will get your refill sent out to you. That takes care of your medication for a year!!! After you receive your last refill we just do the process all over again for the next year.

Hoover Review and Giveaway -Ends- 1/15

Photobucket
Seems like I've been waiting forever to get this up for you all!
The wonderful people over at Hoover sent me this FloorMate
SpinScrub Hard Floor Cleaner.
Photobucket
This thing is a dream! I am so in love with it.
The moment I got it I whipped it out of the box, simply put the brushes on (which is SO simple to do.) Plugged it in and started....I vacuumed (Dry Vac) my kitchen floor first, everything picked up like a charm...Well, wait I take that back. After I picked up all the clothes in the kitchen (Why there is clothes in my kitchen I have NO clue...It's crazy what ends up in there!)
Okay, so after the clothes were picked up *lol* I vacuumed my kitchen floor, which I love because I don't have to bend down :)
The thing that the
FloorMate SpinScrub Hard Floor Cleaner doesn't do is get into small spaces, like the side of your fridge or stove...But simply sweep it out in the middle of the floor and the FloorMate SpinScrub Hard Floor Cleaner will pick it right up!
Ok, so once I was done 'sweeping' it was time to 'mop' the floor.
So...I switched it over to 'Wash'. You know how carpet cleaners work, and this is just like it!
This wonderful machine scrubbed my kitchen floor...It was sparkling by the time I was done, no lie! It even got up the stains, well...Those places that you end up having to scrub to get off the floor...Yeah, NO scrubbing. This beautiful machine does it for you!
NO bending down haha!
Okay...Then I switched to 'Wet Pickup'.
This makes sure that you picked up everything from the vacuuming...You could use this feature to begin with, but I used both :)
But be forewarned it doesn't dry it completely! So it is still a little slippery, ask my husband, he did a lil slide...Was so cute :))
No but seriously...This is so perfect and saves time! That's what we all need, right? A little more time to get more things done?
I don't know about y'all but I HATE cleaning...I hate a mess, but I hate cleaning too LOL.
I'm one of those weird ones that everything has to be disinfected...Oh yeah, you should see my cuboards full of antibacterial products, but yet SAFE for children :)
Little more information than you needed to know, but anyways back to what I was saying...
This hard surface floor cleaner does all types of floors (besides carpets) Vinel, Tile, Lanolium, and also safe for Wood floors.

Pulse 3 DVD Review and Giveaway

Less than three months after the September 30th release of Pulse 2, the final chapter in the horror-thriller sci-fi series, Pulse 3, debuts December 23rd on DVD. Written and Directed once again by Joel Soisson, Pulse 3 picks up seven years after Pulse 2 ended. Justine (Brittany Finamore), the little girl who was a main player in the second movie, has been raised in a human refugee camp with no technology and only dreams of the world left behind. She is now 17.

One day, Justine finds an abandoned laptop that links her to a mysterious outside caller. Justine leaves her home and risks everything to see if life has resumed in Houston, the forbidden city. He journey is full of intense danger and dramatic twists and turns. Justine may hold the key to return life on earth to normal and send all those on the other side back where they belong.

Under the Dimension Extreme label, this Weinstein Company and Genius Products DVD release is modest as series conclusions go. The original Pulse movie had a nice cast and was a compelling story. However, the two follow ups, released very close together on DVD, appear to have been made with less resources available. Brittany Finamore is actually very good in her role as the young adult Justine. It helps to have seen the second movie to understand a bit of the back story leading to Justine's major role in the third Pulse movie.

Pulse was a movie concept that should have been left alone after the original film. It is another example of a decent movie that was ruined with low budget, less impressive sequels. I will say Pulse 3 was a bit more captivating than the second movie, mostly due to the young Finamore's effort. Interestingly, Pulse 3 was more plot-driven and featured less jump scenes and fewer instances of the dead aggressively chasing the living. Horror-thriller fans who need closure may get it with this series-ender, but I would advise those new to Pulse to stick with the original movie.

MPAA Rating: R
Running Time: 1:31
DVD Release Date: December 23, 2008

Grade: C-

Starring: Rider Strong, Brittany Finamore, Georgina Rylance, William Prael
Director: Joel Soisson
